Ed Hollis from the Invisible College project team answers a common question: why not just leave St. Peter’s as it is? It’s pretty amazing in it’s current ruined state – why do anything to change that? Ed’s answer is that ruins are not static. St. Peter’s is falling apart – no change is not an option. He thinks stabilising it will ensure that there is enough of the building left to be interesting.
